Coaching ‘buy in’ starts with 360 Degree Feedback
The coaching we do is led by a 360 core competencies feedback process. This involves collating feedback from peers, managers/directors and staff at your organisation against peak performance competencies that go with the different roles.
The 360 is conducted through a confidential on line method and is there to raise self-awareness and uncover blind spots as well as hidden strengths and weaker areas.
The process often provides an easy way for your employee to recognise why coaching development for them, is going to be of benefit, as the 360 feedback allows them to see which of the competencies are their strongest and which of the competencies need developing.
